Parking Advance Request Form

This form allows FULL TIME students who have a credit (negative balance) on their account due to expected financial aid to request funding be applied to their Simmons ID Card to use to buy a semester parking pass. This cannot be used to add pay-as-you-go funds.

Undergraduate students (including CompleteDegree online) and campus-based graduate students (including LIS online & Nutrition online) can request parking vouchers starting 2 weeks before the term starts and ending 2 weeks after the term starts.

Please note, semester parking passes (whether or not you use a voucher to pay for it) are only available to students who are full time (undergraduate students in 12+ credits, graduate students in 9+ credits). Pay-as-you-go (which cannot be paid for with a voucher) is available to any student who is taking at least 1 credit during that semester (please see the Simmons Parking website for more information).
