If your content is a google doc, you can also paste the URL in the "Faculty Profile Google Doc Shared URL" field below. If you do paste a Google doc, please make sure the document is visible to all Anyone With Link.

Update the Directory
The content for the directory is managed through Workday. If you have a change to request, describe it below and this will be sent directly to Human Resources.
Requesting an update to your name: A representative of the HR office may contact you with questions or next steps.
For all other changes to your information: You may need to discuss with your manager or Faculty Chair and ask them to send an email detailing the specific approved changes to Human Resources.
